At BioLink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our return and refund process works: Return Eligibility: You may return items, including the Biolink Smart Touch Wrist BP Monitor, within 30 days of receipt as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at help.biolink@gmail.com with your order number and return reason. Refunds: Instead of a refund to the original payment method, we will provide a store credit for the full amount of the returned item. After we receive and process your return, you will receive a one-time discount code via email for the credited amount to be used on any future purchase in our store. Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange for an exchange upon contact. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error on our part.
